In the Night Time (Before the Sun Rises) in previews

On Thursday, the first preview of Nina Segal’s In the Night Time (Before the Sun Rises) took place at the lovely Gate Theatre.  Our blogger was there to experience the excitement of seeing a play for the first time.  it was certainly worth the journey to West London.

As the production is still in previews, we won’t review the play yet, so there will be no spoilers.  The production runs for 60 minutes, and it is a very special 60 minutes.  It’s beautifully acted by Alex and Adelle Leonce.

The Gate Theatre is a small venue, but a lovely intimate theatre near Notting Hill Gate Tube station.  If you’ve never been before you might like to know there are only two toilets and you will probably have to queue to get in.

The play itself is beautifully written and takes you on a journey with the two characters (the man and the woman) over the course of one night. It makes you think, and it made out blogger laugh as well.

More here when the production has opened.
