Our blogger was at the matinee of King John in Northampton today. There was a standing ovation after the matinee. The audience today were delighted with the performance in the candlelit church of the Holy Sepulchre. The AWN admin team were able to wander around the church in the interval and we took this photo of the throne.

We can report that Alex’s performance today was sensational. It was so bold, solid and confident, and it was clear the audience loved it.
